    Evidence of the effects of violent or aggressive media and advertising on subsequent aggression and consumerism has been questioned for many years particularly by those who produce media and advertising along with those who need so called scientific proof. While there is great controversy regarding the influence media and advertising has on the human behavior, we ask this question -

    This does not include transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of passed media and advertising programming. Also some scientific findings claim that the average person lives 95 to 99 percent of their daily lives run on subconscious programming that is based on other people’s values and beliefs (societal engineering)and one again because it is subconscious most people are unaware of this.

    As pointed out in our Hedonic treadmill study, according to numerus online publications the University of Iowa estimates that the average 2-year-old child hears 32 negative statements per day. That is an average of 157,680 negative statements a year. If exposed to negative statements from utero to 7 years of age (The learning years) that comes to approximately 1,235,520 negative statements Based on these findings by age 40 it is estimated that there are approximately 730,000,000 (million) negative thoughts and statements humans are exposed to and stored in the “subconscious mind” and once again because they are subconscious most likely are unaware of them.

    If neuro science shows that everything we ever lean from our first steps to driving a car and beyond, first enters the conscious mind and repetition of that information than grows out neuropathways to transform that information we are learning into the subconscious mind to the point of being unaware of the programming to where we spontaneously react to it without thinking, why would the repetitive bombardment of media/advertising “information” not go through the same process and have subconscious and even unconscious affects?

    In addition, if quantum physics believes that everything without exception is energy information (see E=mc2 = ENERGY INFORMATION = MASS = YOU) including our minds and bodies why would the repetitive energy information in our environment of media and advertising programming not have an effect on our mind, bodies and lives.

    We found that the research on negative media and advertising affects primarily focuses on children, but what about those adults/corporations that produce this adverse programming and make the corporate decisions, what about the politicians that run our world, they were children at one time, could the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of media, advertising and or societal engineering they were brought up with now be having an impact our world? May we humbly remind you, “We must not forget, all adults where children at one time as most children become adults.”   But most of all ask yourself - could it be having an impact on you and your children that will have an impact on their children and future generations?

    As the adjacent video of the 1976 movie Network states, maybe it’s time we all stand up and say to ourselves “I'm mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore!” and make our decision as Neo in the adjacent video of the matrix did to take the blue pill rather than staying with the illusive world of the red pill of negative media and advertising and not only change ourselves and our children but also help change the world for future generations.
