Epi Fountain of Youth
It is first important to understand that while there are many scientific epigenetic (epi) and life style aspects and modalities that can be learned. It is of our perspective that the overall epi theme of changing the physiology of your body through your perceptions” is not something that you so much learn, as much as it is something that you waken to, for you are always changing the physiology of your body through your perceptions” ether consciously, subconsciously or unconsciously, remember, that is how all life sustains itself.
Most people are unaware they are doing epi and therefore do it in ways that are adverse to their wellbeing and health as in my case shown in the photo of me on the left of the picture titled unconscious epi, which despite the smile reflects the 222lbs of consent stress, poisons, and obesity I inflected upon my body, reducing my life expectancy every day I continued this negative epigenetic (epi) subconscious/unconscious programming I called life.
On the other hand the picture on the right is the result of me waking up to my years of self-abuse and lack of self-love, reversing my biological age by using my epi research and process which I still use today. You can determine by the photo if all that you have read worked or not, I certainly know and feel it did and continues to this day.
In addition I had my bio status retaken, my overall biological age came in at 30 to 35 years old. You may also be wondering what my chronological age is on the right. I will let you determine that for yourself, for as mentioned earlier we are not our calendar age, we are our biological age and I will stick with that “perception” regardless of my appearance. That said, not only is there significant change in my body but some would say even within my facial structure.

That said, remember that DNA in the nuclei of targeted muscles groups, that I wanted to reprogram the muscle memory with visual medically accurate energy information through LCD video glasses, to build out the muscles. While it must have worked because since than I have taken numerous long distances hikes including trekking Haleakala Crater in Maui in 2010, 2012, and 2014, 8 miles, which took 9 hours at 10,000ft, dropping down a 3'000ft crater wall, crossing 3 miles of lava rock, trekking up two 1,500ft red lava sand hills, circling 2 smaller craters, across 2 miles of lava rock field and up a 4'000ft crater rim to my car, yes that is me in the photos displayed. As of this date I have hiked Haleakala Crater a total of three times.
I have also completed numerous world caregiving expeditions to remote villages and refugee camps around the world involving long distance back packing treks across deserts a jungles for days. Remember, I was the guy that that could not walk for more than 20mins without numbness and excruciating back and leg pain. I also decided to do a couple of jumps in between.
JUST ANOTHER DIET AND EXERCISE PROGRAM?
People have asked me, so what is the difference between what I have accomplished and other diet and exercise programs. The difference is that this is not about vanity. As previously mentioned, this is first in foremost about loving yourself. Most diet and exercise plans are based on outside stimulants fueled by vanity, promoting rapid weight loss for such events as summer fun, high school reunions, a wedding, a romantic relationship, publicity, etc. and when these outside stimulants are over and all the compliments on your body are given, most people return to their self-abuse life styles of obesity. For some people this is an on and off diet treadmill which in the long run is unhealthy. The core difference of what I have done is that it is not vanity based, not that I do not appreciate complements, but it is awakening to that the universe is a universe of infinite possibilities that changes by the moment, and I am not guarantee another moment so why would I increase my biological age and reduce my life expectancy buy abusing my body if I love myself and life.
CAN YOU DO THIS?
YES! Absolutely, once again, you are changing the physiology of your body through your perceptions all the time regardless if you are abusing your body or not. You do not need extensive scientific research or technology. Regardless of the diet or exercise modality you choses, you only need to awaken and stay awake to the self-love of knowing that you are and always have been the most powerful force in your universe, and that the universe is a universe of infinite possibilities that changes by the moment, and you are NOT guarantee another moment. Therefore you will love yourself and stay awake to what you consume in mind, body and spirit.
