BRAIN MUSCLE MEMORY
Muscle memory in the brain is when you use your muscles in a repetitive way over a period of time, so that the brain begins to remember that pattern and can do it without much thought, you may call it memorizing. The process basically takes information from the conscious mind (awareness in learning) to your subconscious mind (reactive memorization), like memorizing how to walk or how to drive a car, which is one of the basic principles of the process of epigenetic subconscious programming.

CELL MUSCLE MEMORY
Most people are familiar with muscle memory in the brain but there are two types of muscle memory, muscle memory in the brain and muscle memory in the cell nuclei of muscles. Each cell in the muscles are made up of a combination of protein filaments that contain glycogen and oxygen, which is vital to the movement and energy of muscles. One of the things that make muscle cells so unique is that because they are formed by numerous myoblasts that join together to repair and build out the muscles while working out, they end up with numerous cell nuclei. Each myoblast brings its own nucleus to the party, and they stay there and hang out. It is in these amazing little nuclei that DNA is stored, as well as the information that the muscle cell gathers to build out and maintain muscles, referred to as cell muscle memory.

WHY WAS THIS IMPORTANT?
While brain muscles memory certainly played a roll in “changing the physiology of your body through your perceptions”, it was my assessment of both muscle memories and most of all the earlier finding “in muscle cell nuclei DNA is stored, as well as the information that the muscle cell gathers to build out and maintain muscles,” that my mine target was cell muscle memory. That said, it was also important to understand that the body can only builds itself out or repair its muscles based on existing biological and neurological information in one’s body and in the case of the visual exercise studies mentioned only to the extent of each individual’s imagination to visualize their interpretation of working out. That is unless otherwise is given new biological and neurological information (epi programming). I thought, what would be the results if instead of only using my limited imagination in visualizing and existing neurological, biological information in my mind and body that is based on years of self-abuse, I actually feed my mind, and body medically accurate biological information to the nuclei of the muscles and to my brain before, during and after an actual workout. Would it increase the results of my muscle memory in my muscle cells and what would be the overall results on my attempt to Change the physiology of my body through these new medically accurate perceptions? But now the questions came up, how was I going to get that new visual biological information to the DNA of the cell muscle memory?
“E = mc2, equation in German-born physicist Albert Einstein’s theory of special relativity that showed that the increased relativistic mass (m) of a body comes from the energy of motion of the body—that is, its kinetic energy (E)—divided by the speed of light squared (c2). This equation expresses the fact that mass and energy are the same physical entity and can be changed into each other.” - Encyclopaedia Britannica
WHY THIS WAS IMPORTANT?
Science believes that biophotons may modulate fundamental processes within cell-to-cell communication and DNA. Based on this perspective of mental intention, I took interested in a commentary published in the journal Investigacion clinica titled "Evidence about the power of intention" posted online at the National Center for Biotechnology Information, U.S. National Library of Medicine (see references) which stated. “Biophotons are stored in the intracellular DNA. Direct intention manifests itself as an electric and magnetic energy producing an ordered flux of photons. Our intentions seem to operate as highly coherent frequencies capable of changing the molecular structure of matter. In conclusion, studies on thought and consciousness are emerging as fundamental aspects and not as mere epiphenomena that are rapidly leading to a profound change in the paradigms of Biology and Medicine.” Remember my main “intentions” are to directly visually send medically accurate biological energy information to the nuclei and its DNA in my muscle cells to change the physiology of my body. Now that I understood that the bases off all information is energy and everything is created through energy information including our bodies, the question was what are the best avenues to get the new medically accurate visual energy information to the nuclei and its DNA in my muscle cells?
E=mc2 = ENERGY INFORMATION = MASS = YOU

Increasingly science agrees we are more than the atoms and molecules that make up our bodies, but beings of energy as well, and that our bodies are initially created by energy information. In other words E=mc2 = YOU AND I.
This biological energy information that creates our body also manifest in biophotons that are being received and emitted by the human body, sought of like biological radio signals that are released and received through our body through mental intention, which is a mental state of energy information. While not visible to us, these particles of energy information or biophotons are part of the visible electromagnetic spectrum of our body and are detectable via sophisticated modern instrumentation.

That said, it does not take sophisticated modern instrumentation to detect biophotons. You may have personally experience someone’s biophotons when you see someone from a distance for the first time not knowing anything about that person or saying a word to them but either gravitate towards them or quickly move away from them base on what most people would refer to as their positive or negative energy, which is the persons biophoton emissions or energy information coming from the 50 to 100 trillion cells that make up their body.

"Not only do all cells have memory, everything has memory. Everything consists of electrons and protons. Sustained memory. Not only neurons have memory, but also all organ systems, because they consists of feedback loops too. Memory is a universal property. Memory is a universal process from the micro to the macro." - Dr. Gary E. Schwartz professor of psychology, medicine, neurology, psychiatry, and surgery at the University of Arizona
CELL TO CELL COMMUNICATION
Cells communicate by sending and receiving signals. Signals may come from the environment, or they may come from other cells. Note in the adjacent video from The Genetic Science Learning Center at The University of Utah their statement “Signals from our environment are first detected by the brain” The signs that are being referred to in the video are visual perceptions of the environment as demonstrated in the video graphic of the eyes receiving the visual environmental signals. Also note their statement “A signal received by the brain can be passed on to many types of cells throughout the body and have wide spread effects.” And “You could think of the cells sole perhaps in life is keeping signals going, or initiating new ones in response to the environment.” Also remember while watching this video that the term “signal” in this video demo refers to visual information that was first received in the beginning of the video through the eyes.
