THERE IT WAS AGAIN!
"We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think." – Gautama Buddha
“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he…” - Proverbs 23:7
There it was again, that premise “changing the physiology of your body through your perceptions”. It was not exclusive to modern day science. It may have been said at a different time, expressed in a different way but indeed the premise was the same and had been around for hundreds if not thousands of years. Being that this theme had been presenting itself to me over and over both in science of the west and holistic wisdom of the east I had to ask myself “Is God the universe or whatever one wishing to call it, trying to tell me something?, if so, I was more than ready to listen.

THE POWER OF SELF-LOVE
Many people believe as I did that the main cause of stress or obesity is due to diet, lack of exercise, being over worked, etc. while poor diet, lack of exercise, and the fast pace world can certainly play a major role in stress and obesity, I was intuitively introduced to another perspective which I feel is now one of the most important messages I can offer.
MISPERCEPTION
Now you may be thinking that based off of my fascination with changing the physiology of your body through your perceptions” I was expecting to set around and only visualize myself to fitness, if so, that is a misperception. What I did come to realize through my research is that if people can lose weight, gain muscle and performance growth just through their visualization or perceptions, what would be the results if instead of only using a limited self-imagination as they did, I actually created a process that feed my body accurate visual biological information while physically working out, all while being in line with science of the west and holistic wisdom of the east? Here’s what I came up with.
At first, I sat with that inside for a while and that intuitive wisdom stood with me every time I looked into the mirror at my 220 lbs body. While I may have started out focusing on only stress relief modalities and visual fitness exercises in my quest to change the physiology of my body through my perceptions I had awaken to that it was more than just about the mind and body, it was more importantly about mind, body and the power of self-love.

THE MOST POWERFUL FORCE IN YOUR UNIVERSE
“Is it not written in your law, I have said you are gods.” – Jesus of Nazareth - John 10:34 - Christianity
“He is the one God, hidden in all beings ... .” – Syetasvatara Upanishad 6.11 - Hinduism
“No need to search for God, you are God.” – Siddhartha Gautama - Buddha
"The god you seek is within." — Sekhmet - Goddess of Ancient Egypt
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Which also supports the perspective of some Science of the West and Holistic Wisdom of the East, “As above so below,” (see references) meaning one should not discount or separate the divine power in which one comes from which is and always will be the divine power from within as it is above. This also does not mean that one disregard the all mighty, God, the universe, its wisdom, spiritual messengers or prophets, whatever one wishes to call them or believe in. It also did not mean that I am better than anyone else or I can jump off high rise buildings unharmed, it just met that I stop giving up all my self-power to external beliefs to the point that I disempower myself and WAKE UP (key words) to that I as all human beings are and always have been --THE MOST POWERFUL FORCE IN MY UNIVERSE!
At first I had a problem with this belief that I along with all human beings are gods even though the religion of Christianity I was brought up in confirmed it as stated by Gods law and reinforced by Jesus Christ in John 10:34 in the New Testament. This was primary due to the way I was brought up (societal engineering), but once I released my mental constructs based on other people’s values and belief systems, that would dine this verse, I intuitively (key word) AWAKENED to the god from within, for as further supported by John 10:34 “the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”
“If one truly loves themselves they do not abuses themselves with excessive emotional stress and poison their body with over consumption of process foods to the point of obesity that can cause illness and even death.”
