Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and relax. Think of something that makes you feel good or happy – your loved ones, a baby’s giggles, your pet, a celebration, someone you just fell in love with or are attracted to etc. Concentrate on that memory until you feel good or love or even smile or laugh. Consciously notice these wonderful feelings and the effect they are having on your body. Keeping your eyes closed take a deep breath and clear you mind. Now think about something that angers you or stress you out. Maybe something someone did or recently said to you, a past event notice how your body changed, its intenseness or stress.
WHY EPI MAY BE IMPORTANT TO YOU?

WHAT IS EPIgenetics?
EXAMPLES
Now open your eyes, take another deep breath look around the room and clear your mind and relax. Be present with your body. Notice how it has changed. You have just taken an epigenetic journey through changing the physiology of your body through your mind made perceptions.
While the examples we just gave may sound logical, and you may resonate or even disagree with them, at his very moment you are experiencing them with conscious awareness or conscious mind. That said, as you will read about on this website science as found that most humans run over 95 percent of their life influenced by their subconscious programming influenced by their social engineering that they are unaware of and up to 70% of that epi subconscious programming is adverse to health and wellbeing. As you just experienced while past and present positive perceptions, thoughts or memorizes can release positive healthie feel-good hormones that help nurture our body. The opposite reaction takes place when recalling negative epi programming causing the brain to release hormones that stress the body to the point of distress or fight or flight. Repetitive recall of negative epigenetic subconscious programming through your daily perceptions, thoughts and media not to mention the toxins we consume that rerelease theses stress hormones, changing the physiology of our body by constantly stressing it out to the point of distress, weakening or shutting down your immune system that can contribute to illness and even death. In a world where distress and negative epi programing, may it be in your thoughts or in your environment dominates this is the most powerfully, destructive subconscious epi programming that this website addresses. It is our hopes to bring awareness to this adverse social engineering or epi subconscious programming so that you can epigenetically change the physiology of your body through positive life changing perceptions.
TRY IT OUT

Change the physiology of our bodies through our perceptions.
You are standing in a social gathering. The reason why you feel comfortable is that you are ether familiar with social gathering or the environment or the people in it. You do not consciously tell yourself to feel comfortable because your epigenetic subconscious programming of your past experiences of social gathering just kicks in allowing you to automatically feel comfortable. Than an attractive person walks in, he or she locks eyes with you and smiles – and you like what you see. It feels great!
AN ATTRACTIVE PERSON

What is happening at that very moment? Your good perceptions of that person, also conditioned by your epigenetic subconscious programming (social engineering/the way you were raised and past experiences), is changing your physiology by sending signals (hormones /neurotransmitters) from your brain throughout your body. These signals, based on your epi subconscious programming, releases mood changing cocktail of biological chemicals (e.g., dopamine, phenylethylamine, serotonin) that cause your body to generate that great feeling, motivates you to smile back, and perhaps even to pursue a relationship with that person and in some case could be what some people may call love at first sight.
Then suddenly a man walks in to the social gathering with a gun. At that very moment your perception of that person, based also on your epigenetic subconscious programming of what you have learned to fear throughout your lifetime, sends signals (neurotransmitter) from your brain throughout your body that releases mood changing biological chemicals (e.g., cortisol, adrenaline, norepinephrine).
A MAN WITH A GUN

These chemicals raise your heart rate, slow down your immune system, and redirect most of your blood flow from your visceral region (abdomen) to your legs and arms, enabling you to fight off the person with the gun and/or run (flight) to safety. This physiological change, based on your perceptions and influenced by your epi subconscious programming, is an evolutionary survival mechanism called the “fight-or-flight response,” that dates back to the beginning of human life. It is reasonable for the survival of our species.
INTERNAL MIND PERCEPTIONS
Not all epigenetic (epi) reactions are caused by external, environmental perceptions or stimuli alone. People can change the physiology of their bodies solely through mind perceptions such as with happy or positive thoughts that also release biological chemicals that cause you to feel good and nature your body.

Anorexia is another good example of mental perceptions changing the physiology of a body where a person mentally see them self as overweight but are indeed very underweight to the point of illness and even death. Nightmares are examples of how epi internal mind perception based on epi subconscious programming alone can change the physiology of our bodies, interrupting sleep, and causing cold sweats, shakiness and fear.

Epi Programming, such as books, music, and movies can also change the physiology of your body through your perceptions of them. Watch the adjacent video and once again notice how the physiology of your body changes through your perception of what you are watching.
Fair warning while the video may contain what some people may consider are quiet disturbing while others may not have any reaction at all, of course everyone’s response will depend on each individuals epi subconscious programming once again base on the way they were brought up with their social engineering and experiences, ether way whatever you feel or don’t feel makes our case and point. It is best to view the video in full screen mode. You can learn more on this top and how media epigenetically effects the body and mind under Epi Programming.

That said, just like the gun man entering the room, the moment people switch to negative thoughts the body release biological chemical that cause the body to go into fight or flight that can stress your body out. Being sexual aroused by thoughts or images of a person is also epigenetic.
